Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Welding Technician skilled in MIG, TIG, and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), capable of interpreting blueprints, controlling distortion, and performing welds in various positions. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) 2. Experience in blueprint interpretation and joint preparation 3. Knowledge of distortion control and visual finish Position: Welding Technician MIG, TIG, AND SHIELDED METAL ARC WELDING ON CARBON STEEL, STAINLESS STEEL, AND ALUMINUM RESPONSIBILITIES: * Blueprint interpretation * Identification of welding symbols * Joint preparation * Distortion control * Weld bead cleaning * Visual finish * Penetration control * Welding in various positions REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary or high school education * Technical training in welding * Welding certifications * AWS * ASME * Internal process certification Salary: $18,000.00 - $19,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
