VETERINARY ASSISTANT MANAGER Objective: Support the efficient and profitable operation of a veterinary hospital and/or clinic by delivering high-quality service, with pet health and customer satisfaction as top priorities. Responsibilities: * Provide clinical and nutritional consultations, and follow up on patient treatments. * Deliver preventive medicine services. * Collect samples, perform diagnostic tests, and interpret results. * Perform surgeries and other hospital medical services (where applicable). * Prescribe medications according to diagnosis. * Maintain up-to-date patient medical records. * Assist with pharmacy product sales when necessary. * Identify service improvement opportunities and propose actions. * Collaborate with the store team to enhance overall performance. Requirements: * Education: Licensed Veterinarian (MVZ) with valid professional license. * Experience in clinical practice and preventive medicine for small animals, primarily dogs and cats. * Inventory management, budgeting, marketing, and shrinkage control. * Pharmacology and commercial products. * Team integration or personnel management. * Nutrition for small animals and commercial pet foods. * Surgeries, sample collection, clinical analysis, and result interpretation.
