Management of mass recruitment for operational finance profiles. **Recruitment and Selection Specialist (Financial Sector)** A leading multiple banking institution specializing in personal loans for the government sector, with over 3,000 employees, is seeking talent due to expansion. **Mission:** Ensure the attraction and selection of the best talent for Consubanco, guaranteeing timely coverage of strategic and operational vacancies through agile processes and competency-based assessments, thereby ensuring business continuity, reducing turnover, and enhancing institutional growth. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. * **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in mass recruitment of operational finance/banking profiles. * Proficiency in Recruitment and Selection processes (operational finance). * Intermediate level of Excel. * Knowledge of competency-based interviews. **Key Responsibilities:** * Vacancy coverage in accordance with SLAs. * Posting vacancies on job portals such as OCC, Pandapé, and LinkedIn. * Competency-based interviews. * Application and follow-up of internal filters. * Daily updates to the AT database. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary. * **Standard and enhanced benefits:** IMSS, INFONAVIT, Savings Fund (13%), Funeral expense assistance, daily meal vouchers, annual bonus. * Transportation between Tacubaya\- Samara and Samara\-Tacubaya.
