We are looking for: **SALES SUPERVISOR** Requirements: * Valid driver's license * Sales experience * Ability to operate standard vehicles Responsibilities: * Prospect new customers in the field and promote the same activity among the sales team. * Submit applications for onboarding new customers. * Monitor and update the customer portfolio for each route. * Supervise, monitor, and lead the sales representatives' compliance with scheduled visits on each route. * Promote impulse product sales. * Collaborate in opening or restructuring routes based on weekly results. * Follow up on customer invoicing. * Assist in completing visits when required. * Analyze shrinkage, stockouts, sales performance, and inventory indicators with each sales representative.
