Objective: Ensure continuity of the production process through proper equipment handling, compliance with quality, safety, and food safety standards, and adherence to established procedures, contributing to achieving production targets and plant operational efficiency. Responsibilities: * Verify that operational equipment is functioning under optimal conditions and, if necessary, request required maintenance. * Review and assist in determining appropriate input proportions of various raw materials fed into processes. * Verify correct addition of antioxidant to cookers. * Perform area cleaning. * Comply with any support requests from the Production Supervisor. * Operate the press according to established production parameters. * Verify equipment pressure, temperature, and overall functionality. * Supervise correct feeding of raw material into the mill. * Operate and monitor the screener to ensure proper product classification. * Verify absence of obstructions or accumulations.
