Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this role is to ensure timely and accurate product delivery to customers via the digital home delivery service channel, through proper operations, strict adherence to processes and service protocols, and achievement of established quality standards. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure the fulfillment of objectives for the home delivery service channel. \- Monitor incidents and/or accidents related to the channel. \- Ensure the availability and optimal functionality of physical and technological tools used by the channel. \- Manage staffing in accordance with demand, productivity, and channel analysis. Requirements \- Completed high school or technical degree. A bachelor's degree or engineering degree (in progress or completed) in economics or administrative fields is desirable. \- 1\+ year of experience in the home delivery service channel.
