We value the talent of our employees and offer a dynamic and professionally growth-oriented work environment. **Location:** Toluca and Huixquilucan, as well as the northern and southern zones. **Job Requirements:** * Completed Engineering or Bachelor’s degree. * Prior experience as a manager, assistant manager, or team leader with verifiable employment stability. * Knowledge of cash handling, customer service, personnel management, and sales strategies. **Job Responsibilities:** * Personnel administration and supervision of operations. * Ensuring safety at the gas station. * Cash control, daily cash counts, reconciliations, and closing procedures. * Customer service and complaint follow-up. * Preparation of sales budgets and strategies to increase sales. * Compliance with audits and vendor coordination. **Additional Benefits and Perks:** * Monthly salary of $12,000 to $26,000 (net) * Salary increase opportunity starting from the 3rd month * Paid training * Social Security coverage from day one * Statutory vacation days and 15 days of year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Bonuses for achieving performance goals If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team, don’t hesitate to apply!
