OSO TEAM, a private security company, is seeking a Shift Supervisor for a Cultural Center and Theater located just a few blocks from the Cuauhtémoc metro station. The objective is to safeguard the client’s physical assets, facilities, personnel, or resources—in this case, a theater. **We Offer:** Monthly salary: $10,300 (tax-free) Food vouchers: $800 12-hour shifts (12 x 12 schedule) Statutory benefits Uniform Ongoing training Real opportunities for professional development and growth Opportunity for professional development and growth **Responsibilities:** · Fulfillment of agreed-upon security objectives outlined in the security plan. · Ensuring all personnel perform their duties effectively at assigned posts. · Guaranteeing that all posts remain continuously staffed; likewise ensuring all personnel perform their duties effectively at assigned posts. · Making sound decisions that support the facility’s security objectives. · Situational leadership. · Design of security plans. · Prevents, confronts, and resolves out-of-control situations.
