When you join us, you not only become part of our success model but also help shape the future and continue a great legacy that began in 1874\. **Service Technician EI** ========================= #### **Your Mission Will Include:** * Cleaning elevator machine rooms, cabs, and pits. * Lubricating machines, guides, and equipment in general. * Operating elevators in inspection/manual mode. * Performing preventive, modular, and minor repairs; responding to service calls. * Supporting technicians at lower technical levels. * Meeting conditions for brake disassembly and adjustment. * Experience with various Schindler technologies and ability to learn quickly. * Collaborating cooperatively with other technicians to deliver optimal customer satisfaction for the branch. * Projecting a professional image by wearing clean, orderly official Schindler workwear and treating customers, building occupants, and customer property with respect. * Keeping customers informed about the status of their equipment—including preventive and corrective repairs, discretionary repairs, or modernizations. * Complying with all Schindler and customer safety policies and requirements. * Diligently and honestly completing all required data entries—including time reports, parts usage logs, call-back reports, maintenance performance records, and repair and modernization job reports. #### **What Do You Need to Succeed?** Academic Education: Completed high school diploma.
