Identify, collect, organize, administer, standardize, and cleanse information acquired from various areas of the Technology Directorate. Each day you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, for which you will be responsible for: * Implementing guidelines on knowledge management focused on systematizing the creation, organization, storage, dissemination, cleansing, and use of knowledge generated within Banorte’s Technology Directorate. * Understanding the knowledge generation and usage cycle across different areas of the Directorate. * Supporting projects aimed at generating new knowledge. * Collaborating in the search for technical or other types of information, as well as assisting in reports and presentations. * Performing support tasks to ensure smooth operations of the department. * Updating knowledge maps required by the Technology Directorate to support employee job functions. * Managing knowledge transfer plans to document information and ensure process stability through knowledge preservation. * Analyzing and managing strategies for developing key knowledge identified by the Technology Directorate—critical to the Bank—to contribute to building organizational capabilities. * Implementing the knowledge management strategy across Technology Directorate units. * Applying best practices for information usage. * Documenting processes and policies for knowledge management (KMS). * Integrating the knowledge base with new information. * Effectively collaborating with support, training, and development teams to better manage change. * Identifying and cataloging cases that may facilitate processes and contingency management. * Identifying tacit knowledge and unstructured information. **Requirements:** Technical Knowledge: * Knowledge mapping * Knowledge transfer * Information and documentation management * Familiarity with tools for organizing and disseminating knowledge * Change management and innovation * Knowledge of major Knowledge Management models Desirable: * Familiarity with Administration and Database Structures * Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and popular market tools Professional Competencies: * Flexibility and adaptability to respond effectively to change * Ability to communicate and build relationships with members of various collaborating teams * Critical and analytical thinking * Attention to detail At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
