Job Summary: Supervises treasury operations, ensuring fund availability, bank reconciliations, and timely execution of payments and tax obligations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution and supervision of treasury operations 2. Preparation and review of complex bank reconciliations 3. Technical support and guidance to Junior Analysts **General Objective:** Execute and supervise treasury operations, ensuring fund availability, accuracy in bank reconciliations and financial reporting, as well as timely fulfillment of payments and tax obligations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute interbank transfers, tax payments, and vendor payments. * Prepare and review complex bank reconciliations. * Supervise the recording and control of cash flows. * Prepare daily and weekly reports on balances, liquidity, and bank movements. * Follow up on operations requested by Management. * Coordinate with Accounting for submission of transfer documentation and supporting evidence. * Implement and monitor internal treasury controls. * Provide technical support and guidance to Junior Analysts. * Perform tasks assigned by the Treasury Coordinator. * Bank account management: KUSPIT, BBVA, BANORTE, SANTANDER, HSBC, BANBAJIO, MIFEL, SCOTIANBANK, AFRIME, INBURSA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, BANCO AZTECA. * Support for monthly closings. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Bank account management * Bank reconciliations * Payments and bank transfers * Intermediate\-advanced Excel **Competencies:** * Results Orientation * Working Under Pressure * Trustworthiness * Communication * Customer Orientation * Conflict Management **Work Location:** Santa Fe, CDMX (On\-site) **Base Salary:** $20,000 to $22,000 per month. **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
