Job Summary: This role contributes to regulatory compliance regarding occupational and asset safety, focusing on prevention and correction of actions related to health and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in preventing and correcting occupational safety actions. 2. Participates in organizing drills and managing safety supplies. 3. Collaborates on occupational health programs and risk analysis. ### **Institutional Safety Analyst** **Objective:** Contribute to compliance with occupational and asset safety regulations through prevention and correction of actions promoting health and safety. Regulatory compliance and monitoring in the areas of occupational safety and civil protection. Responsibilities: * Identify and monitor unsafe acts or conditions, and manage the distribution and inventory of personal protective equipment. * Conduct periodic inspections of security systems, alarms, CCTV, smoke detectors, access controls, and signage. * Participate in organizing and executing drills, ensuring necessary materials and supplies are available. * Manage distribution and inventory of first-aid kits, sanitizing materials, and other supplies for branches and corporate offices. * Perform functionality tests on security systems and generate corresponding reports and incident logs. * Collaborate on occupational safety and health programs, risk analysis, preventive campaigns, and regulatory compliance. * Propose and monitor institutional safety campaigns, coordinating required materials with involved departments. **Requirements:** Knowledge of security systems: CCTV, alarms, access controls, and civil protection. Proficiency in security protocols, risk analysis, and incident prevention. Experience in preparing reports, tracking incidents, and conducting safety inspections. Basic knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
