Position Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment Analyst to support selection processes, post job openings, administer psychometric tests, and manage candidate tracking. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for our next talent as a **Recruitment Analyst** for our office in San Nicolás de los Garza, N.L. **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * **Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment processes (full-cycle recruitment, end-to-end process).** * Experience managing metrics (coverage, turnover, etc.) * In-person and remote recruitment **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Recruitment and selection: Assist in posting job openings, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews for operational and administrative positions within a customs agency. * Posting job openings via job boards, social media, job portals, etc. * Administering and interpreting psychometric tests, and validating professional references. * Candidate tracking throughout the entire recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding process. * Drafting employment contracts and updating personnel files. * HR reporting: Generate basic HR metrics (turnover, attendance, vacancy coverage). **WE OFFER:** * Base salary * Food vouchers * Statutory benefits * In-person work This position requires PRESENCE at our offices located in: Col.
