Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to manage the recruitment process, administer assessments, maintain documentation control, and provide support to staff. Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail **RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ANALYST WANTED** **Work Location:** 5 minutes from Circuito Metrobus station **Working Hours:** Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Recruitment and selection of personnel (primarily local and long-distance drivers). * Administration of onboarding. * Review of documentation. * Distribution and control of uniforms and PPE. * Conducting market research studies. * Online psychometric testing. * Receiving resignation letters and signing agreements. * Digital employee onboarding and offboarding in ERP system. * Payroll clarifications. * Addressing staff inquiries. **WE OFFER:** * **Base salary:** $10,000.00 MXN (paid biweekly). * **Monthly bonus:** $2,000.00 MXN * **Statutory benefits.** * **Company-provided mobile phone and computer equipment.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proven experience in Human Resources or related roles (minimum two years). * Job stability. * Valid and up-to-date documentation. * Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail. * Experience in logistics or transportation sector (desirable but not mandatory). * Class A driver’s license and ability to drive (desirable but not mandatory). **Interested candidates may apply via this platform or WhatsApp at: 55 1186 7636** Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,400.00 per month Benefits: * Company mobile phone * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
