Post, update, and manage job openings on job boards and social media. Search, contact, and attract candidates through online portals and digital media. Screen resumes, conduct interviews (in-person and phone), and apply the STAR methodology. Coordinate in-person interviews and administer psychometric tests. Verify employment references and validate candidate experience. Ensure selection of the right profile according to job description and organizational culture.
