BENTENG SCIENCE \& TECHNOLOGY MEXICO . Manufacturing company dedicated to producing plastic parts for various markets, seeking the following talent: **Job Description:** Represent the supplier company within the client's plant to immediately address findings on the production line, contain problems, and maintain customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * · Respond immediately to quality complaints or claims directly on the client's production floor. · Implement sorting, visual inspections, or urgent rework on defective parts to prevent interruption of the client's production line. · Investigate reported failures using quality tools such as 8D, Ishikawa diagrams, and the 5 Whys. · Monitor quality metrics and report results. · Conduct inventory sorting at the client's warehouse upon detection of non-conforming (NG) product. · Trace and ensure all defective material is segregated, labeled, and sent to quarantine area to prevent its use. · Organize, supervise, and audit third-party companies (*sorting/rework*) inspecting suspect material. · Organize, supervise, and audit BENTENG personnel inspecting suspect material at the client's facilities. · Maintain daily activity records and share them with the corresponding Quality Engineer (QE).
