Job Summary: We are seeking a Nocturnal Quality Inspector to inspect and evaluate raw materials, in-process products, and finished products; verify machine and material identification; control samples; and manage the distribution of documents from the Quality and Food Safety Management System. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inspection and evaluation of raw materials and products. 2. Sample control and good manufacturing practices. 3. Quality and Food Safety Management System management. NOCTURNAL QUALITY INSPECTOR \*Gender: Unrestricted \*Age: 22 or older \*Relevant work experience required \*Education: Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related field \*Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday (Weekly schedule: work 4 days / rest 3 days, work 3 days / rest 4 days, or work 2 days / rest 2 days; fixed night shift: 7 PM to 7 AM) \*Basic computer skills Responsibilities: \*Inspect and evaluate purchased raw materials, in-process products, and finished products. \*Verify machine identification and ensure materials match production order requirements. \*Control raw material and in-process product samples and enforce good manufacturing practices. \*Manage distribution of documents and forms from the Quality and Food Safety Management System. \*Support ongoing operation of the Quality and Food Safety Management System.
