Our workplace culture fosters professional and personal growth for our employees, offering development opportunities and a collaborative, dynamic work environment. **Academic Background** * Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Materials Engineering or related field. **Experience** * Minimum 3 to 5 years in **quality within the automotive or metal-mechanical industry**. * Experience in **stamping processes using mechanical and hydraulic presses**. * Knowledge of part validation, production release, and process control. * Experience managing customer audits and internal audits. * Desired experience supporting OEM/Tier 1\. **Technical Knowledge** * Stamping, deep drawing, and metal forming processes. * Metrology: use of calipers, micrometers, comparators, durometers, CMM (coordinate measuring machines). * Blueprint interpretation and **geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD\&T) interpretation**. * Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA). * Quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949\). * Problem analysis tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa). * Knowledge of typical stamping defects (burrs, deformations, cracks, die wear). **Skills** * Quality orientation and attention to detail. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication with customers and internal teams. * Leadership in audits and technical negotiations. * Organization and discipline aligned with customer standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure stamped products meet technical and customer specifications. * Monitor and analyze quality metrics (PPM, scrap, rework). * Implement process controls on presses and validate results. * Address customer complaints and lead corrective action plans. * Coordinate process capability studies (Cp, Cpk). * Prepare and submit PPAP / APQP documentation. * Coordinate dimensional inspections and testing on stamped parts. * Support new product/process development related to stamping. * Train operators and supervisors on quality standards.
