**Head of Quality and Integrated Management System (IMS)** Guadalajara, Jalisco We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented **Head of Quality and IMS**, with solid experience in management systems and continuous improvement within the industrial sector. **Purpose of the role** Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the quality and food safety management system, guaranteeing compliance with internal, regulatory, and customer standards, as well as operational excellence in production processes. **Key responsibilities** * Lead the quality management system and IMS * Coordinate internal, external audits and certifications * Manage deviations, non-conformities, and corrective actions * Ensure compliance with quality, BPM, and HACCP regulations * Promote continuous improvement initiatives and waste reduction * Manage customer service and complaint follow-up * Develop and lead the quality team **Profile** * Industrial Engineering or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions * Solid knowledge of quality management systems and auditing * Leadership, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement **We offer** * Monthly salary: **$22,000 MXN** * Savings fund: **3%** * Statutory benefits * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.** Salary: $22,000\.00 per week Work location: On-site employment
