Your role as* ***Project Quality Representative*** *within our* ***M\&S*** *team will be to develop and implement a quality excellence strategy across the organization, aligned with the Strategy and Operations team.* *We are an innovative, international healthcare company helping the world prevent infectious diseases by supplying over 500 million vaccine doses each year. We pursue the miracles of science every day, striving for progress that makes a real impact on millions of patients worldwide.* **Key responsibilities:** * Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. * Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and goals. * Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics for quality excellence and project management performance, and report on their effectiveness. * Promote a culture of quality excellence, continuous improvement, and project management across the organization. * Lead and manage the team, including hiring, training, coaching, professional development, and performance evaluation. * Define resource allocation and utilization, budget, and personnel for quality excellence and project management. * Define the quality strategy for projects across all sites. * Assess risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans related to quality excellence and project management. * Support senior leadership in remediating performance issues.
