End-to-end project management from planning to delivery **Construction Manager – Wastewater Treatment Plants and Biogas Generation.** **Required Profile** We seek an **experienced and verifiable Construction Manager**, responsible for the planning, execution, control, and closure of civil, electromechanical, and hydraulic infrastructure projects, ensuring technical, financial, regulatory, and contractual compliance in wastewater treatment plants and industrial facilities. This position carries **operational and technical authority**, requiring on-site leadership, critical decision-making, and direct coordination with management, clients, and authorities. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, direct, and control the full execution of construction works from startup to final delivery. * Manage budgets, cost control, estimates, physical\-financial progress reports, and project profitability. * Coordinate technical staff, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors. * Validate proper execution of civil, hydraulic, electromechanical, and specialized installation works. * Ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, schedules, and contracts. * Supervise adherence to applicable regulations (safety, quality, environmental, and construction). * Manage technical and operational risks, proposing real-time solutions. * Maintain direct communication with clients, suppliers, authorities, and internal departments. * Prepare executive reports, site logs, and document control. * Guarantee project delivery on time, as specified, with required quality and budget. **Essential Requirements** * Civil, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Environmental Engineering or related field (degree and professional license). * **Proven and substantial experience as a Construction Manager or equivalent role**. * Experience in civil construction, hydraulic infrastructure, industrial facilities, or treatment plants. * Proficiency in construction control, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration. * Knowledge of safety and hygiene, quality, and construction regulations. * Strong leadership, decision-making, and on-site problem-solving capabilities. * Full availability for on-site work and travel. * Ability to prepare technical and administrative reports. **Key Competencies** * Leadership and technical authority * Strategic construction planning * Financial and budgetary control * Effective communication * Results-oriented approach and compliance focus Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $35,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: * Construction Manager: 5 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Federal Class A driver's license (Preferred) Willingness to Travel: * 100% (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
