Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to monitor weekly production plans, labor-related matters, and training programs, with a focus on people management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring of production plans and labor-related matters. 2. People management and teamwork. 3. Analytical ability and results-oriented mindset. Monitor weekly production plans in coordination with support departments and the work team, as well as labor-related matters and training programs. Requirements: * Willingness to rotate shifts. * Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the food and/or confectionery/chocolate industry. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. * Analytical ability. * Results-oriented mindset. * Experience in people management. * Industrial Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Food Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electromechanical Engineering / or related fields.
