Manage human and material resources to ensure optimal program execution. 2. Maintain control over manufacturing orders to prevent deviations. 3. Manage equipment usage to reduce accidents and waste. A reputable company engaged in the production of plastics and resins is seeking a Production Supervisor. Requirements: * Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related degree * Minimum 2 years of experience in this position * Experience in plastic injection molding companies Responsibilities: * Manage human and material resources to ensure optimal shift program execution. * Implement 5S practices in physical areas and operational processes. * Maintain accurate control over manufacturing orders to prevent material deviations. * Ensure proper use of equipment and materials to reduce accidents, downtime, rejections, and waste.
