Description

Job Summary: Responsible for controlling, recording, and supervising material flow, ensuring material availability, and optimizing inventory processes. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to propose process improvements **Main Responsibilities:** * Control and record raw material and/or supply inventory for each project existing in the ERP. · Identify and report missing materials that may affect production, ensuring timely tracking and replenishment. · Verify that material purchases and deliveries comply with technical specifications and quantities requested by engineering. * Generate FO\-AL\-02\-01 Material Requisition Form to withdraw materials required by the production department. * Deliver materials to the corresponding subprocess. * Supervise proper material usage to prevent waste and/or losses. * Coordinate recovery and return of surplus materials to the warehouse, ensuring accurate recording. * Act as a liaison among procurement, warehouse, and production departments to ensure proper material flow. * Conduct weekly inventories of raw materials and supplies, and report potential shortages to procurement. * Prepare weekly reports on material control and surplus management for administrative management. * Identify and propose improvements to materials handling and inventory control processes. * Ensure compliance with established procedures in procurement and warehouse departments.
