We are looking for a **Procurement Supervisor** who ensures the timely procurement of supplies, spare parts, and equipment essential to keeping our operations running smoothly. **Responsibilities** * Procure materials, supplies, spare parts, and equipment according to internal department requirements. * Identify, analyze, and negotiate with domestic and international suppliers. * Manage quotations, comparative analyses, and purchase orders. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely restocking with the warehouse. * Track deliveries, transit times, and supplier performance. * Maintain documentation for invoices, delivery notes, and contracts. * Conduct periodic supplier evaluations and propose continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing (preferably in HORECA, food, or retail sectors). * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, International Trade, Engineering, or related field. * Proficiency in Excel and procurement or ERP systems (ODOO preferred). * Strong negotiation skills, cost analysis capabilities, and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously. * Organized, reliable, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Continuous training and genuine opportunities for career advancement. * Involvement in a specialized and expanding industry. * Collaborative, dynamic work environment with a passion for coffee.
