It is essential to follow up on key focus areas, such as tracking planned activities by the team and coordinating promptly with other members of the local group. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES** * Customer support * Handling service tickets * Implementing 5S in IT areas * Semi-annual inventory counts * Other tasks arising within the department **REQUIREMENTS** * Availability Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM * Currently enrolled in a Systems Engineering or related program * Proficiency in basic Microsoft tools (operating system and office suite) * Basic English proficiency * Proactive attitude and consistent on-site user support * **Location: Plant 1 MTY** \- Av.
