Job Summary: We are seeking a technician for maintenance of injection molding machines, stamping presses, and pressing equipment, with experience in PLCs and electrical diagram reading, to support production. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of injection molding machines, PLCs, and electrical diagram reading 2. Experience in mold changeovers and die maintenance 3. Operation of cranes, forklifts, and automatic feeders Description and details of responsibilities General Responsibility: KNOWLEDGE OF INJECTION MOLDING MACHINES, PLCs, ELECTRICAL DIAGRAM READING General Responsibility: Mold changeovers on automatic and manual pressing machines; operation of feeders and cranes; support to the tooling department in preventive die maintenance activities. Specific Responsibilities: * Product changeover on manual and automatic stamping machines * Setup of tappining machines * Operation of automatic metal feeders on stamping machines * Support to tooling department in tool cleaning and basic die maintenance * Monitor robot performance during production runs * Perform setup adjustments as required Experience and Requirements * Technical vocational education or incomplete high school diploma * 1 year of relevant work experience Theoretical Knowledge: * Experience in metal stamping (metal mechanics) * Robot setup * Pressing machines Technical / Practical Knowledge: * Operation of cranes and forklifts * Operation of automatic feeding machines (feeders).
