




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Retail Branch Manager to lead point-of-sale management, achieve sales targets, control inventory, and manage personnel. Key Highlights: 1. Join our team as BRANCH MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: \- **Minimum 1 year of experience as a Manager in the RETAIL industry** \- Flexible working hours \- Preferred education: **Completed Bachelor's degree** \- Must reside in TULUM \- Personnel management experience and knowledge of KPIs FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Point-of-sale (POS) management \- Achieve sales targets (work plans and sales monitoring) \- Cyclical inventory control and loss prevention \- Management of key indicators: Visual/Planograms/Layout, store image, average transaction value, conversion rate, units per transaction (UPT), and average price \- Cash handling and end-of-day closing (invoices, change, cancellations, cash audits, and cash drops) \- Product arrangement, labeling, restocking, and receiving \- Personnel management (task assignment, attendance lists, shift and break schedules) \- Interviewing and training new hires \- Compliance with internal policies and procedures Employment type: Full-time Salary: $17,500.00 \- $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
