This opportunity is for you! **YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE:** * **Operational Leadership:** Coordinate the team, supervise cash handling, and ensure flawless merchandise distribution. * **Service Excellence:** Ensure every customer receives friendly and professional service from the entire team. * **Strategic Control:** Manage inventory, report expirations, and ensure efficient product rotation across branches. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Monitor branch operations to ensure adherence to Good Pharmacy Practices and current legislation. **WHAT DO YOU NEED?** * **Education:** High school diploma required. * **Experience:** 2 years leading pharmacies (Manager, Supervisor, or Responsible Officer). * **Technical Proficiency:** Ability to manage KPIs, sales, and inventory control. * **Soft Skills:** Integrity, effective communication, and exceptional service orientation. **OUR OFFERING:** * **Base Salary:** $13,000.00 MXN per month. * **Incentive Bonuses:** Punctuality + Attendance + Birthday Bonus. * **Security:** Statutory benefits from day one. * **Perks:** Discounts and preferential pricing on products. **SCHEDULE AND LOCATION:** * **Shifts:** Morning (08:00 - 16:00) or Afternoon (11:00 - 19:00). * **Workweek:** Monday through Sunday, with one rotating weekday off.
