High-quality and warm customer service **IMPORTANT: COMPANY REQUESTS:** **Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at C.S.U XALATLACO, STATE OF MÉXICO.** **Main Responsibilities** * Arranging and facing medications and medical supplies on shelves, drawers, and cold storage units. * Identifying products nearing expiration or non-conforming items. * Inventory and stock control. * Receiving and reviewing medical prescriptions (white, pink, and yellow) and insurance policies. * Filing and managing medical and administrative documents. * Providing high-quality and warm customer service. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma. * Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or administrative functions (pharmacy experience preferred). * Inventory control and document filing. * Software proficiency: Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). * Rotating shifts. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers amounting to 4% * Savings fund contribution of 4% * Ongoing training Growth opportunities within the company Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
