Role focused on service, organization, and continuous improvement ### **Are you interested in leading payroll and personnel administration processes with direct customer impact?** We are looking for a professional focused on service, operational control, and continuous improvement to join our team. ### **Responsibilities:** * Verify the **full payroll cycle** (weekly, biweekly, and monthly) * Submissions to **IMSS (IDSE, SUA, reconciliations)** * Administration of **hires, terminations, incidents, disabilities, and final settlements** * Control of **personnel files** * Supervision of the payroll team * **Direct customer service (executive level)** ### **Requirements:** * \+5 years of experience in **payroll and personnel administration** * Proficiency in **Excel, SUA, IDSE, and payroll ERP systems** * Experience coordinating teams * Service- and organization-oriented mindset * Conversational English (preferred) ### **We Offer:** * Salary: **$18,000 to $24,000 gross** * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers * Schedule: Mon-Fri, 09:00–18:00 (on-site) ### **If you are interested in a role with direct impact on customers and operations, apply now!**
