Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to manage essential payroll and personnel administration functions. Key Highlights: 1. Employee support and personnel file control WE SEEK A PAYROLL ANALYST WITH A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE University degree: Business Administration, Accounting, or related field JOB LOCATION: SAN PEDRO GARZA GARCIA, PASTAS MOLISBA COMPANY WITH OVER 30 YEARS OF OPERATIONS; STABLE EMPLOYMENT WITH 100% SOCIAL SECURITY CONTRIBUTIONS **Job Responsibilities:** * Pre-payroll processing and incident reporting * Weekly payroll calculation * Settlement calculation (finiquitos) * Management of SUA and IDSE systems * IMSS employee registration and termination processing * Review and payment of INFONAVIT contributions * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Personnel file management and control * Employee support **We Offer:** * Weekly salary payment * 30 days' year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Subsidized cafeteria * Santander payroll processing * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with 2 hours for lunch * Saturdays: 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM * Interested candidates must submit their CV via Indeed * Fast hiring process
