**Job Description** Ensure uninterrupted operation and operational efficiency of the optical fiber infrastructure, comply with SLAs, effectively resolve issues, and maintain open communication with all stakeholders. **Responsibilities:** * Infrastructure Maintenance: The primary objective of the Field Supervisor is to ensure optimal operation of the optical fiber infrastructure in urban areas with metro rings and long-haul networks. This involves performing both preventive and corrective maintenance on the network to minimize service interruptions and maintain connectivity. * SLA Compliance: Another key objective is to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established with customers. This includes maintaining constant network availability 24/7 and responding promptly to any incidents or customer requests. * Effective Problem Management: The Field Supervisor must be capable of efficiently identifying and resolving any issues related to the optical fiber network. This requires advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to make rapid, effective decisions to minimize impact on delivered services. **Education:** Technical Degree. Knowledge of: AutoCAD, Google Earth, Office, ODK, Panda, Falcon **Minimum 1 year of experience:** * Optical Fiber Engineering. * Optical Fiber Infrastructure Construction. * Optical Fiber Maintenance.
