**Your Objective as OPERATIONS COORDINATOR:** Supervise, control, and manage the operation of a distribution center at its different stages (receiving, storage, picking, shipping, subcontracting, reverse logistics), as well as ensure the protection of stored goods, the safety of all personnel within the warehouse, and the correct application of procedures in each area. Specific Functions * Efficient management of human resources. * Ensure that operational staff comply with all safety and hygiene rules and policies. * Plan, schedule, and control receiving and shipping operations, ensuring adherence to planning. * Safeguard, manage, and effectively control inventories. * Collect and record daily operational movements. * Carry out logistics planning and global distribution of warehouse supplies. * Balance workload among assigned team members. * Verify fulfillment of customer commitments. * Inspect general conditions of work equipment (forklifts, computers, scanners, and site equipment). * Promote respect for and compliance with company-wide codes and policies. **Experience:** 1 year as an operations coordinator or assistant, and knowledge of forklift operation.
