**Seeking top talent for: Operating Room Service Technician (MI)**
**General Position Description:**
Provide necessary technical assistance for optimal use of medical equipment, accessories, instruments, and consumables in medical units, as well as administrative processes to ensure billing and documentation compliance per contract.
* Review the daily schedule to prepare supplies, equipment, and instruments for surgeries scheduled for the following day.
* Ensure equipment, accessories, consumables, endoscopic instruments, and sterile surgical instruments required and contracted for each procedure are ready 30 minutes prior to each procedure.
* Actively monitor optimal operation of the aforementioned items and provide technical assistance to surgeons regarding supply provision during procedures to deliver high-quality service.
* Clean the surgical instrument set after each procedure to mitigate health risks.
* Secure equipment, accessories, instruments, and consumables in the space designated by the hospital to safeguard company assets.
* Generate electronic and physical records according to supplies used, and collect the attending physician’s original signature upon completion of each procedure to ensure service delivery compliance.
* Produce a monthly report on procedures and consumables aligned with the institute’s billing cycle to ensure timely and accurate information for decision-making.
* Maintain up-to-date inventory records of supplies to track inflows and outflows.
* Timely request material replenishment to ensure operational continuity.
* Execute corresponding routines within the service delivery process to ensure contract and procedural compliance.
**Requirements:**
* **Academic Qualification:** Nursing studies
* **Knowledge:** Surgical instrumentation, medical equipment operation, hospital operations, minimally invasive procedures.
* **Work Experience:** Medical department activities, minimally invasive procedures, comprehensive services.
* **Work Location:** Cerro del Patomo No. 33, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga Municipality, Jalisco, very close to the Regional Preparatory School of Tlajomulco.
