We are looking for our new **OCCUPATIONAL NURSE** **What skills and experience should you have?** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing with official degree and professional license (MANDATORY) * Minimum 1 year of experience in occupational health * Experience in safety and hygiene * Knowledge of implementing the STPS regulatory framework (NOM-030) * Residence near the location **What will you do?** * Participate in scheduled activities. * Participate in compliance with the Official Mexican Standard NOM-030-STPS-2009. * Perform records, reports, forms, communications, and occupational health advisory services. * Participate in assigned safety and hygiene activities to prevent occupational accidents and illnesses. * Monitor implementation and compliance with emergency health response plans. * Track and manage occupationally exposed personnel. * Develop, implement, and monitor Medical Surveillance Programs. * Administer and manage the medical clinic (medication inventory, supplies, furniture, equipment, * Hazardous Biological-Infectious Waste (RPBI), logs). * Manage clinical records in accordance with the Official Mexican Standard NOM-004-SSA3-2012, Clinical Records. * Conduct and interpret tests for occupationally exposed personnel (audiometries and spirometries). * Coordinate campaigns with public and private institutions. * Issue fitness-for-duty recommendations. * Issue permits for high-risk work. * Implement and monitor compliance with the wellness program. **What do we offer and why join us?** * Gross monthly salary: $13,435.15 * Statutory benefits from day one * Life insurance * Monthly food vouchers: $1,013.00 * Courses and training with academic credit value * Uniform with annual renewal * Overtime pay **What schedule will you follow?** Shift rotation: 1.
