Job Summary: Chemical Engineer or related field professional with experience in supervising non-sterile production processes, quality management, and supervision of unionized personnel. Use of data analysis tools and report automation B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacist (QFB), Food Chemist (QFI), or related field. Proactive service-oriented attitude. Minimum REQUIRED experience of 5 years in this position. \- Proficiency in office software (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint). \- Macros \- Pivot tables \- Pareto charts \- Integration with other programs. \- Power Query and report automation \- Power BI \- Dashboards \- AI-integrated analysis \- iCloud. \- Knowledge of regulations (NOM\-059\) Management of non-sterile production processes (capsules, tablets, liquids, aerosols) Supervision of unionized personnel Time and movement control and management Quality management per NOM\-059, Good Manufacturing Practices, storage, etc. Responsibilities: \- Ensure operation of equipment and systems under supervision to meet production plans. \- Coordinate training and qualification of personnel under supervision. \- Supervise training and personal development programs to achieve operational results without compromising quality and safety. \- Supervise execution of corrective maintenance. \- Prepare reports, schedules, emails, and lists.
