Implementation of continuous improvement strategies BALAK Group, a leading company in logistics solutions and transportation, is looking for a **National Workshop Manager – Diesel Units**, responsible for ensuring proper administration, maintenance, and availability of the fleet nationwide. **Position Objective** Manage and supervise the operation of maintenance workshops nationwide, ensuring the availability, reliability, and proper functioning of diesel units through preventive and corrective maintenance strategies that optimize costs and operational time. **Requirements** * Education: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in diesel fleet maintenance and management. * Experience leading workshops and technical teams at regional or national level. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for tractor-trailers and diesel units. * Proficiency in maintenance, performance, and operational cost metrics. * Knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, transmissions, and fault diagnosis. * Experience in spare parts control and inventory management. * Willingness to travel frequently. * Proficiency in Excel and maintenance management systems. **Responsibilities** * Supervise workshop operations and unit maintenance nationwide. * Ensure fleet availability and functionality. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Monitor performance indicators, downtime, and repair costs. * Manage the maintenance and workshop department budget. * Supervise external service providers and spare parts procurement. * Implement continuous improvement strategies in maintenance processes. * Lead and develop technical and workshop operational staff. * Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance regulations. * Generate executive reports on fleet status and department performance. **Skills** * Leadership and personnel management * Planning and organization * Decision-making * Problem-solving * Supplier negotiation * Results-oriented mindset * Sense of urgency **We Offer** * Salary: $35,000 Net Monthly / Biweekly Payment Scheme * Statutory benefits * Work tools * Direct employment by the company * Professional development * Job stability
