JOB DESCRIPTION **Monitoring Analyst** ========================= Workplace: León, Guanajuato **Job Description** -------------------------- A major footwear manufacturing plant is seeking a Monitoring Analyst to supervise and monitor electronic security systems, CCTV, alarms, and GPS platforms, ensuring proper implementation of security protocols and timely incident response. This position focuses on risk prevention, asset monitoring, and operational tracking using technological tools. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Monitoring CCTV cameras and video surveillance systems. * Monitoring and programming of alarm systems. * Tracking and responding to security incidents. * Implementing preventive and corrective protocols. * Monitoring routes and vehicles via GPS platforms. * Verifying the proper operation of security devices. * Weekly review of alarm tests and fault detection. * Logging and routing incidents. * Managing user accounts and access credentials in alarm systems. * Coordinating and following up with security personnel and security departments. * Detecting anomalies and preparing reports. * Providing user support and guidance on electronic security systems. **Work Schedules** ------------ Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday off: * 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. * 11:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. **We Offer** ------------- * Starting salary of $13,583 net per month. * Monthly food vouchers worth $1,358. * Upon permanent employment: * $14,490 net per month. * $1,449 in food vouchers. * Statutory benefits. * Continuous training. * Job stability. REQUIREMENTS **Requirements** -------------- * Technical degree, TSU, technical high school diploma, or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in: * CCTV monitoring. * Alarm programming and monitoring. * GPS platforms. * Electronic security. * Route tracking and transportation monitoring. * Basic Microsoft Office software proficiency. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
