




Job Summary: Provide operational support to the delivery team by monitoring routes in real time and managing incidents to ensure compliance with guidelines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational support to the delivery team 2. Real-time route monitoring and deviation detection 3. Incident management and progress report generation Objective: Provide operational support to the delivery team by responding to requests and monitoring routes in real time, ensuring compliance with guidelines, proper field execution, and timely visibility into incidents and progress. Key Activities: * Support the delivery team by handling requests and incidents via the platform. * Validate requests against established guidelines and identify improper practices. * Approve, reject, or escalate requests as appropriate. * Monitor routes in real time to ensure correct delivery execution. * Identify deviations and analyze on-field operational behaviors. * Record incidents and findings in the monitoring log. * Generate and send shift progress reports to delivery coordinators every two hours. * Assist with customer configuration and activation within the platform. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or a related field. * 6 months to 1 year of experience in monitoring, logistics, operational support, or similar roles. * Basic-to-intermediate Excel proficiency. * Experience with monitoring platforms is desirable (Unigis preferred).
