The Mold Assembler is responsible for performing mold assembly (setup), disassembly, and TPM Level 1 on all plastic injection molds in the plant. **Education:** High school diploma or technical degree **Knowledge:** * Knowledge of fasteners, hydraulic and pneumatic connections, and clamping methods. * Knowledge of industrial safety and international standards; adherence to instructions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform mold assembly and disassembly according to preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on mold cooling systems in machines. * Execute TPM Level 1 on plastic injection machines and molds. * Provide support to Plastic Engineering and production departments.
