Job stability and development in the commercial area At ReduFacil, we seek an operational and commercial profile to assist in executing branch-level marketing strategies and directly engage in the sales process. This position is ideal for individuals with sales experience who wish to develop their careers in the field of commercial and marketing operations. **Responsibilities** Implementation of promotions and campaigns at branches Supervision of commercial activities in clinics Direct sales support with customers Prospect follow-up and scheduling Handling objections and closing sales Support in activations aimed at attracting patients Branch-level performance tracking Improving execution of the commercial process **Requirements** Education: Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or Marketing Management) Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service Experience working at branches or in the field (preferred) Strong verbal communication skills and results-oriented mindset Willingness to travel between branches **We Offer** Monthly base salary of $12,000 Ongoing training Growth opportunities Job stability Commercial area development **Important Notes** This position is 100% operational (not office-only) Direct participation in sales and customer service is required This is not a digital marketing-focused role **Working Hours:** Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:20 AM \- 7:30 PM (2-hour lunch break from 2 \- 4 PM), Wednesday from 9:20 \- 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break), and Saturdays from 8:50 AM \- 2:00 PM. Day Off: Sunday Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
