Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is looking for: **Marketing and Operations Analyst** ### **Academic Background** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or related field (degree required). * Certifications in digital marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot) are desirable. * Courses in analytics, marketing automation, or marketing management (a plus). * Knowledge of audiovisual content production (desirable). ### **Requirements** * 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B environments. * Experience in campaign management, lead generation, and performance analysis. * Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). * Experience in budget control and administrative tracking of campaigns. * Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools. * Experience organizing events (desirable). * Analytical skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. ### **Responsibilities** * Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (social media, paid media, email marketing). * Create and coordinate digital content, especially video formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), ensuring alignment with brand strategy. * Manage and administer leads (MQLs), including registration, tracking, and qualification in CRM. * Oversee and maintain CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or others) up to date. * Implement marketing automation strategies and lead nurturing workflows. * Coordinate logistics, budgeting, and execution of events, webinars, and activations. * Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics (KPIs), including campaign ROI. * Control and manage the marketing budget, ensuring investment efficiency. * Prepare periodic reports and dashboards to support decision-making. * Ensure compliance with administrative processes within the marketing department. ### **We Offer:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Statutory benefits * Quarterly and annual bonuses based on performance
