Our core pillar is the "People First" philosophy, delivering holistic and unique experiences that align each team member’s personal life stage with their professional career stage. *Join our Team!* **Location:** Assigned plant / maquila (based on location). **Experience in:** * Supervision of production lines in maquilas or food plants. * Operational team management and shift coordination. * Quality control, food safety, and adherence to production standards. * Management of productivity, efficiency, and waste indicators. **Technical Knowledge:** * Manufacturing processes and best practices in food plants. * Food safety standards (GMP, HACCP) and industrial safety. * Production management systems and/or WMS/ERP. * Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate/advanced), with particular emphasis on Excel. * Basic preventive maintenance and coordination with maintenance departments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise daily operations at the maquila, ensuring compliance with production plans and quality standards. * Assign and manage staff tasks by shift; monitor performance and ensure proper training. * Monitor compliance with food safety, occupational health and safety, and environmental regulations; report and follow up on non-conformities. * Track key performance indicators (OTD, yield, scrap, OEE) and generate reports to support decision-making. * Oversee preparation and control of raw materials, supplies, and packaging required for production. * Coordinate inspection rounds and continuous improvement activities to reduce losses and optimize processes. * Support implementation of digitalization and standardization projects for production processes. * Maintain effective communication with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Planning departments. * Manage operational incidents, line stoppages, and propose corrective and preventive actions. **Competencies:** * Leadership and team management. * Decision-making and problem-solving. * Organization and execution. * Results orientation and continuous improvement. * Effective communication. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
