We are looking for junior talent to join the **Predictive and Preventive Maintenance** department at a **steel sector plant**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive maintenance routines on industrial equipment. * Support diagnostics of mechanical and electrical failures. * Participate in predictive maintenance activities: * Vibration analysis * Thermography * Lubrication * Technical inspections * Prepare technical reports and track work orders. * Contribute to continuous improvement and equipment reliability. **Candidate Profile:** Engineering or technical degree in: * Mechanical Engineering * Electromechanical Engineering * Mechatronics * Industrial Engineering or related field * Minimum experience required. * Interest in predictive maintenance and reliability.
