Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician specializing in Electrical, Plumbing, or General Services to operate and maintain systems within a healthcare services environment. We seek your talent as: **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** * Location: Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX (travel availability is mandatory) **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed junior high school or higher. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Travel availability. * Minimum 2 years of experience in this position or similar roles (according to specialization). * Ability to drive standard transmission vehicles (driving test required). * Valid driver's license. * Availability to drive outside the city. **RESPONSIBILITIES (by specialization)** * Industrial/Commercial Electrical: Interpretation of electrical diagrams, load balancing, maintenance of control panels and emergency power plants. * HVAC Systems: Refrigerant charging, diagnosis of compressor failures, and comprehensive maintenance of Mini-Split or Chiller systems. * Predictive Maintenance: Monitoring temperatures, detecting unusual noises in machinery, and checking fluid levels. * Logbook Management: Recording performed services and tracking inventory of technical spare parts. * Specialized Repairs: Welding, water pump repairs, and hydro-pneumatic system repairs. * General Plumbing. * Drywall and masonry. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE (by specialization)** * Reading and interpretation of technical drawings and diagrams. * Use of measuring instruments (multimeter, clamp ammeter, pressure gauges). * Electrical safety regulations and work-at-heights protocols. * Materials. **WE OFFER** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Corporate benefits for the employee and/or up to two beneficiaries: medical consultations, nutritional consultations, psychological therapy, aesthetic medicine, two free pairs of eyeglasses per year, four free dental procedures per year, 50% discount on regenerative therapies, medications, and two laboratory tests. * Support to continue studies. * Scholarship to study English. * Annual salary increases based on objective achievement. * Paid training. * Benefits from day one. * Birthday bonus. * Continuous development and training.
