Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the availability and functionality of Carrier equipment, contributing to area performance and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Your work will have a direct impact on operational continuity and plant efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for: * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on Carrier equipment. * Maintaining equipment and machinery availability with a preventive focus and 5S methodology. * Contributing to the improvement of KPIs: MTTR, MTBF, and Downtime. * Ensuring 100% closure of Work Orders. * Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the area. Job Objective * Maintain maintenance department metrics within established standards. * Ensure equipment and machinery availability. * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance timely and correctly. **Requirements** We seek proactive, results-oriented individuals with analytical thinking and a continuous improvement mindset. If this describes you, please reach out. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Technical degree in Electromechanical Maintenance or Industrial Maintenance. * Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and industrial networks. * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. * Ability to work under safety standards and 5S methodology. **Preferred (not required):** * Advanced ability to interpret electrical/mechanical diagrams. * Certifications in maintenance or lean tools.
