




Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with experience in personnel management to coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs, track maintenance requests, and manage resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance programs 2. Personnel management and evaluation, and incident control 3. Technical knowledge in electricity, plumbing, and refrigeration Minimum 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, with documented personnel management experience. Valid driver's license is mandatory. Engineering degree or equivalent (in progress or completed). Availability to work rotating shifts. Coordinate implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Track maintenance requests. Control custody of equipment, materials, inventory, and purchases. Personnel management and incident control. Evaluation and training of assigned staff and new hires. Technical knowledge in electricity, plumbing, and refrigeration. Contact and verification of external supplier compliance.
