Position Summary: Ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of the shopping center through planning, coordination, and supervision of maintenance activities. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and supervision of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. 2. Supervision of technical staff and external vendors. 3. Management of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. **MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR** **ARA Consortium – Shopping Center Division** Cuautitlán Izcalli Zone, State of Mexico (San Miguel Center) Monday to Sunday, with mid-week day off **Position Objective:** Ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of the shopping center through planning, coordination, and supervision of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of equipment and facilities. **Requirements:** * 2–3 years of experience in maintenance of high-traffic properties (shopping malls, hotels, or similar) * Knowledge of electrical systems (low and medium voltage), HVAC, hydrosanitary systems, wastewater treatment plants (PTAR), and pumping equipment * Operation of vertical transportation equipment (elevators and escalators) * Supervision of staff and vendors * Maintenance of logs, reports, and inventories * Proficiency in Office and Outlook **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs * Supervise the operation of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems * Coordinate technical teams and external vendors * Address incidents and tenant requests * Conduct technical inspections and ensure optimal operating conditions **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory and above-statutory benefits: life insurance, SGMM, vouchers, savings fund, and bonus exceeding statutory requirements
