We firmly believe that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Job Objective: Responsible for property conservation and maintenance.** Each day, you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, where you will be responsible for: * Monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance programs for civil works, finishes, and electromechanical equipment. * Addressing and tracking maintenance service reports for branch and administrative office properties. * Conducting comprehensive reviews of service reports, generators, and attachments for payment processing. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * 2 years of experience. * Experience in property maintenance and conservation. + AUTOCAD (VIEWING AND PRINTING DRAWINGS AND MAKING MINOR ADJUSTMENTS), BASIC/MEDIUM LEVEL. * OFFICE EXCEL, WORD, POWER POINT, ETC. * KNOW HOW TO OPERATE (STANDARD VEHICLE) *At Grupo Financiero Banorte, we promote a culture of inclusion, respect, and equity.
